HomeQuest is a real estate company that specializes as a buyer's broker. There are no income or work location restrictions.
CMP Power Line Extension Program
If you require a new electric service, you may need to pay Central Maine Power Company to install poles and wires to connect your newly built home or manufactured home to CMP’s distribution line. The Central Maine Power Assistance Credit Program can reduce those charges by up to $2,800.

Self Help Housing
We can help you build your dream!
Our self-help homeownership program gives you the opportunity to build a brand new home of your own.Working together with other families, you will learn valuable construction skills as you build your house. There is no construction experience needed.Our construction supervisor will be there every step of the way.The months you spend building your own home can save you as much as $20,000 and there's never a payment to make during construction.
MaineHousingRehabilitation Program
The MaineHousing Rehabilitation Program is sponsored by the Maine State Housing Authority to do repairs to single-family, owner-occupied homes.Such repairs can be done to heating systems, windows, doors, additions, carpeting, flooring, and foundations among others.
