• Must own their property and occupy the residence – if mobile home, then home must be 1978 or newer.
• Must be 50% or less of median income. 
• Assets cannot exceed $15,000.
• If customer had prior FIX ME or MSHA Home Repair loan they do not qualify for this program.

Elderly Hardship

• Must be 62 or older
• Must own their property and occupy the residence
• Must be 80% or less of median income. 
• Assets cannot exceed $15,000.
• If customer had prior FIX ME or MSHA Home Repair loan they do not qualify for this program
